rapidpos.in — the first screen you see

What this screen is for
This is the front door. You sign in here once, and RapidPOS remembers you on this device until you sign out.
What each button does
- Password tab
- Sign in the normal way — with your login and password.
- Mobile OTP tab
- Sign in with your mobile number instead. RapidPOS sends a 6-digit code by SMS; type the code to get in. Useful when you have forgotten your password.
- Email, mobile or username
- Any one of the three works — whichever you remember. You do not need all of them.
- Eye icon in the password box
- Shows the password you typed, so you can check it before pressing Sign in.
- Checks your details and opens your Dashboard.
- Request a New Business
- For someone who does not have an account yet. Sends a request to the RapidPOS team to open a new business.
Do it step by step
- Open rapidpos.in in your browser.
- Stay on the Password tab.
- Type your email, mobile number or username in the first box.
- Type your password in the second box. Press the eye icon if you want to check what you typed.
- Press Sign in.
What happens after you press it
You land on the Dashboard. From here the red sidebar on the left is your menu for everything.
Tips that save time
- Forgot your password? There is no self-service reset — ask your business owner or admin to reset it for you. If you are the owner, use Mobile OTP to get in.
- On the counter computer, let the browser remember the page so staff only have to type the password.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Typing the business name instead of your own login. Sign in with your personal email, mobile or username — not the shop's name.
- Trying repeatedly with the wrong password. After too many failed attempts the account locks for a while; wait, or ask an admin to reset it.
