Delete your account

This page is for the RapidPOS Android app (com.rapidposmobile) and the RapidPOS service. Anyone can use it — you do not need to be signed in.

What is deleted

  • Your user account, your name, email address and phone number.
  • Your sign-in sessions, on every device.
  • Your profile photo, and any crash report you had sent us.

What is kept, and why

  • Invoices, tax documents and the ledger entries behind them, for the period Indian tax law requires a business to keep them. These belong to the business's books, not to your login.
  • Records you entered about the business's own customers and suppliers, which remain the business's records.
  • Anything another person in your business still needs to run it — deleting your login does not close the business.

Take your data first. Open the app and use Utilities → Export for your items, parties and invoices, or Full backup for everything. Once the account is gone you cannot sign in to export it, and we would have to do it for you.

Ask us to delete it

Accounts are created by an operator when a business joins, and several people can share one business's books — so deletion is a request a person answers rather than a button. We confirm it is you by email first, and finish within 30 days.

We will confirm it is you by email before deleting anything.
